1. Service Refund Policy

Since our services are customized to each client's specific requirements, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 14 days of project completion. We will assess the concern and, if valid, offer corrections, rework, or a partial/full refund depending on the nature of the issue.

2. Product Returns

For physical products (e.g., smart locks, doorbells, security equipment) purchased through us, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3. Home Warranty Claims

Home warranty plans are non-refundable after the 15-day cooling-off period. Claims under the warranty are handled as repair or replacement services rather than monetary refunds. If we are unable to fulfill a warranty claim, a prorated refund may be issued based on the remaining warranty period.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
